“Our Shared Shelf” Emma Watson’s book club has moved to New York. The Harry Potter star has been involved in women’s rights advocacy for the past several years. As part of her activities she has started “Our Shared Shelf” an initiative to spread books on feminism to the world. Previously she has hidden books in London undergrounds which made the news.
On the awake of election Emma has done the same in New York to spread awareness on gender equality. She was seen in New York hiding “Me & Mom & Me” by Maya Angelou in the city transits for sharp eyed people to pick. The autobiography of Maya Angelou explains her relationship with her mother.
Emma’s actions have brought appreciations from various people. The popular heroine of Harry Potter will soon be seen in “The Beauty and The Beast” a fantasy movie of Walt Disney. The movie is dated to be released on 17th of March, 2017.
Today I am going to deliver Maya Angelou books to the New York subway. Then I am going to fight even harder for all the things I believe in.
